David Blair is the Exec. Chair of Start Design Group, an independent branding and design consultancy with over 30 years of global experience. Previously, they served as the Global CEO of Fitch (now Landor Group) within WPP, overseeing significant growth and the acquisition of multiple businesses. They were part of the founding team at Profusion and have held advisory roles at Elysian Capital and WYSPR, a user-generated content agency. David is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in History and History of Art at Bristol University and an MBA at the University of Bath.
