Dedicated to featuring local businesses, the furniture and decor are thoughtfully sourced from Brooklyn designers and artisans. The property is also home to Reynard, Andrew Tarlow’s 100 seat restaurant which features seasonal, locally sourced American fare, and The Ides, a rooftop bar and terrace with views of the Manhattan skyline and East River. 

The Hotel offers 8 event spaces, including a 3,000 square foot main hall with an outdoor garden, a 60 seat screening room, a brick-arched private dining room, and a cocktail party space with floor to ceiling windows and views of the skyline.
