Wythenshawe Safespots is a user-led domestic abuse charity based in South Manchester. Founded in 2016 by local survivors of domestic abuse, our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming space where women can access help, support, and friendship without fear or judgment.
Since opening our doors, we have recorded over 32,000 engagements with women who have experienced or are experiencing domestic abuse. Our drop-in centre, located in the heart of Wythenshawe, offers a confidential, non-judgemental service and acts as a vital hub for information, advice, and community support.

We believe that information about domestic abuse should be easy to access and that no one should feel afraid to talk about it. Through our helpline and face-to-face appointments, we are here to help women rebuild their lives and find safety.
