Wyvern Partners is a London-based international corporate finance advisory firm established in 2002.

We are experienced independent corporate finance advisors to founders, management teams, shareholders, companies, and private equity investors across all sectors and deal sizes.

We are truly client focused. Unlike the integrated banks, Wyvern has no products to cross-sell. Unlike management consultants and accountants Wyvern has no army of employees billed by the hour. Our clients are not passed down to others in the firm but receive advice and support directly from our partners.

This lean and direct approach has demonstrated its success, both for our clients and for Wyvern, for 20 years. We are proud of the level of repeat business we get and the new business we gain by word-of-mouth recommendation. Both reflect our reputation for providing timely, independent and relevant advice which enables our clients to achieve their goals.

Our clients' success fuels our growth.
