Junior Mechanical Engineer-In-Training at Wyvern

Andre Ulliac has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Andre began their career as an Assistant Referee at the Edmonton Minor Soccer Association in 2015. In 2019, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op Student at Coanda Research and Development Corporation, where they conducted and monitored fluid mechanics experiments. In 2020, they held two positions as a Co-op Student Researcher, one at the International Satellite Program in Research and Education (INSPIRE) and the other at AlbertaSat. In these roles, they refined spacecraft designs and conducted rotational dynamics and heat transfer analysis for various missions. In 2021, Andre worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Wyvern, focusing on designing and prototyping optical mechanisms for earth-imaging satellites. Andre also served as an Aerospace Engineering Intern at Canadensys Aerospace Corporation, where they supported the development of space systems for the ILO-X lunar observatory mission. Andre's most recent position is as a Junior Mechanical Engineer-In-Training at Wyvern, starting in 2023. Overall, they have gained experience in mechanical engineering, space systems development, satellite mission design, and fluid mechanics experimentation.
