Agnese D'Isola

Agnese D'Isola has a diverse work experience in the fields of sales support, sportswear coordination, intermodal freight transport, and customer service.

Starting in 2018, Agnese worked as a B2B Customer Service Intern at Nagel Group Italy, where they provided support to clients in the field of fresh and perishable logistics. Agnese ensured effective communication between different teams and generated performance reports for key account managers.

In 2019, Agnese joined PANEUROPA Transport GmbH as a Swap Bodies Dispatcher Intern. Agnese'sresponsibilities included managing the shipment of goods through intermodal freight transport and organizing daily tours for a team of drivers. Agnese also handled unforeseen problems and provided quick solutions.

From 2019 to 2022, Agnese worked at Norman Group as a Junior Sales Coordinator in the sportswear division. Agnese played a role in coordinating sales activities and was involved in supporting the sales team.

Agnese's most recent position is at X-BIONIC®, where they are currently serving as the Head of Sales Support. The start date for this role is in November 2022.

Agnese D'Isola completed their Bachelor's Degree in Intercultural and linguistic mediation from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2014 to 2017. In 2016 to 2017, they also participated in an Erasmus program at ZHAW Applied Linguistics, specializing in Bachelor Angewandte Sprachen. Furthermore, they pursued a Specialization Course in Transport and Logistics management at Fondazione ITS Academy LAST from 2017 to 2019. Agnese also obtained a goethe zertifikat B2 certification from Goethe-Institut e.V. in February 2017.
