Christian Dobbert has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christian currently holds the position of Senior Product Manager at X-BIONIC®, where they are responsible for product management and data engineering. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Analysis and Decision Intelligence professional at Bits & Pieces, applying machine learning and artificial intelligence for data-enabled design and decision intelligence. Christian was also involved in bridging the digital and physical realms, fueling business growth through analytics, and improving decision-making through reporting.

Before joining Bits & Pieces, Dobbert worked at Odlo in the field of Human Centered Design and Engineering from 2015 to 2020. Christian gained experience in the application of technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends in the ICT industry while working at [agile & idle lab] as an Augmented Reality & Virtual Reality (AR/VR) specialist from 2013 to 2015.

In their early career, Dobbert held roles at X-Technology Swiss R&D AG as a Design & Product Management professional. Christian was involved in product management, 3D virtual prototyping, knit design, storytelling, consumer-centric value proposition creation, and intellectual property management. Christian also worked as an Industrial Designer & Product Development professional at HEIMPLANET and in prototyping and model-making at Werk 5. Additionally, they gained experience as a Product Designer at Newcruise Yacht Projects & Design.

Throughout their career, Dobbert has developed skills in machine learning, artificial intelligence, programming languages such as Python and SQL, and various frameworks and tools such as scikit-learn, fast. ai, PyTorch, plotly, seaborn, bamboolib, pandas, numpy, KNIME, Tableau, JupyterNotebook, Excel, and Powerpoint. Christian has a strong focus on innovation, design, and technology and has demonstrated their ability to solve a mix of technology and business challenges.

Christian Dobbert has a diverse education history, with a focus on design thinking, engineering, and industrial management. In 2004, they began their educational journey at the University of Fine Arts Hamburg, where they obtained their Master of Arts degree in Industrial Design in 2008.
