Flavio Guarnier

Flavio Guarnier is an accomplished professional in the footwear industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the General Manager of Footwear at X-BIONIC®, Flavio is responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the footwear subsidiary, reporting directly to the CEO. Previous roles include Head of Business Unit Footwear and Head of Product Vision and R&D Footwear at MAMMUT Sports Group AG, where Flavio led diverse teams and drove the footwear vision and innovation. Earlier experience includes positions as R&D and Production Director at Montura, Senior Design Consultant at HOKA, and Head of Design Outdoor & Trail Footwear at Tecnica Group. Flavio holds a diploma in Graphic Design, which underpins a strong creative foundation in product development and marketing within the footwear sector.
