Eric Smith

Eric Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, having held leadership roles in various capacities at prominent companies. Currently serving as a Program Manager at X-Bow Systems Inc. since August 2023, Eric previously worked as the Director of Programs at CesiumAstro, where responsibilities included leading program strategy and establishing a PMO. Eric's tenure at Rolls-Royce spanned nearly 15 years, during which time significant achievements included supporting the MQ-25 propulsion contract, managing advanced engine programs, and overseeing profitable next-generation engine development. Earlier roles include project management and engineering positions at Boeing and Northrop Grumman. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
