Michael Miller

Michael Miller is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in government contracting and compliance. Currently serving as Program Manager at X-Bow Systems Inc. since 2020, Michael is responsible for strategic execution across various program management areas, including contracts, compliance, and environmental health and safety. Prior to this role, Michael held significant positions at Aerojet Rocketdyne, including Director of International Trade Compliance, where a comprehensive compliance program was established, and Program Manager for the Antares AJ-26 Program, overseeing successful rocket engine modifications and testing. Michael’s foundational experience in contracting began during a distinguished career with the United States Air Force, where roles included Chief of Contracting Division and Commander of the 314th Contracting Squadron. Michael earned an MBA from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Baptist University.
