Ryan Walsh

Ryan Walsh has a diverse work experience in the field of cheminformatics and chemistry research. Ryan started their career at College of the Holy Cross, where they worked as an undergraduate researcher and a teaching assistant in organic chemistry. In 2014, they also worked on a mathematics research project related to epidemiology.

In 2013, Ryan joined Vector Marketing as a Sales Representative and quickly advanced to the role of Assistant Manager/Field Sales Leader.

In 2016, they moved to Johnson Matthey, where they worked as a Chemist for two years.

Since 2018, Ryan has been associated with X-Chem, Inc. In their roles at X-Chem, they have worked as a Research Associate in library synthesis, a Senior Research Associate in library development, and a Research Scientist in both cheminformatics and discovery chemistry. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Research Scientist in cheminformatics.

Ryan Walsh has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the College of the Holy Cross, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. During their time at the College of the Holy Cross, they pursued a double major in Chemistry and Mathematics. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in Northeastern University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry.
