Jose Flores

Jose Flores brings extensive experience in the utilities sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Underground Utilities at Greentech Services, LLC and as Vice President at X Contracting since February 2024. Previously, Jose held the position of Principal at New Pueblo Contracting, LLC from December 2022 to March 2024 and operated as Operations Manager at T. Theron Construction, Inc during the same period. Additionally, from May 2014 to December 2022, Jose was Division Manager for Dry Utilities at B&F Contracting, Inc, where responsibilities included managing projects and estimating within the Dry Utility Division.
