X-HEALTH is a strategic positioning agency born out of X-Health.show, a podcast about innovation in healthcare in Switzerland.

After interviewing over 80 startups and screening hundreds more, we recognized a consistent gap:

❗groundbreaking health innovations often struggle to communicate their value clearly❗

Hence, they do not attract clients, business partners, or investors as much as they would want to.

And fail.

You'd think global organizations would have that problem solved.

Nope.

As they're stuck in outdated communication over patients' heads.

X-HEALTH was founded to close these gaps – by translating complex health-tech into human-centered messaging that connects companies with clients.

We work with late-stage healthcare startups, scale-ups, global companies that want to start dialogue with patients.
