Thomas Michaels

Thomas Michaels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and technical service within the software and ink industries. At X-Rite since February 1997, Thomas serves as a Senior Software QA Engineer, leading quality assurance and testing for industrial software products, while previously directing a software QA team as a Software QA Engineer. Earlier roles include providing customer support as a Senior Applications Specialist, and progressively advancing through positions at INX International Ink Co. and Wikoff Color Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed formulation, quality control, and production management. Thomas holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Eastern Nazarene College, earned between 1982 and 1986.
