The Freedom Tool is a game-changing risk reduction instrument designed to make handling produced water tanks safer and more efficient. It tackles essential aspects like fluid and atmospheric chemistry to maintain optimal conditions inside the tank, to prevent bacteria growth, gas and emissions control to minimize environmental and health hazards, and oil removal through skimming to capture valuable resources that might otherwise go to waste. By addressing these areas, the tool not only boosts operational reliability but also cuts down on transportation costs associated with hauling away excess materials, helping operators save money while reducing overall risks.

When it comes to fluid chemistry, the Freedom Tool manages the gas composition above the gas-liquid interface to prevent unwanted buildups that could lead to issues. Right in the flash zone—where gases are most active—it provides static grounding to eliminate sparks and enhance safety. Below the interface, it allows for the easy introduction of chemical treatments like surfactants or inhibitors to optimize your fluid quality.

For oil removal and cutting transportation costs, the Freedom Tool serves as a reliable skimmer that pulls oil out of produced water tanks regardless of the current level. This means you can recover and sell the oil instead of letting it sit unused, all without relying on costly vacuum trucks or frequent hauls. By streamlining this process, it significantly reduces the expenses tied to moving materials around, making your operations more economical and less labor-intensive.

In terms of gas and emissions capture through sweeping and purging, the Freedom Tool keeps H2S levels in check to protect workers from harmful exposure and slow down corrosion that can wear out equipment over time. It boosts the air density inside the tank to exceed normal atmospheric conditions, creating a safer, inert space that avoids explosive risks.
