Jesse Ayala

Jesse Ayala is currently the President and Owner of X Technologies since 1998. Prior to this, Jesse Ayala served as the Chief of Engineering at Kelly AFB from April 1988 to July 1998. Jesse Ayala holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and also completed education at Air War College in 1993-1994.
