Todd Shields is currently the Senior Information Assurance Expert at X Technologies, Inc. Todd has vast experience in the United States Air Force, where Todd held various high-ranking positions such as Chief of Advanced Programs Office, Branch Chief for Combat Air Forces Special Access Programs Management Office, and Division Chief for Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Command. Todd has a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Webster University and a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge in navigation training, and a dedication to ensuring operational readiness in various roles within the Air Force.
