Lars Ackermann

Lars Ackermann has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lars is currently the Managing Partner and CEO at X1F since June 2021. Prior to this, from June 2021 to January 2023, Lars worked as the Geschäftsführer at IKOR GmbH. From October 2017 to May 2021, they served as Vorstand at IKOR AG. Lars also held multiple positions at IKOR Management- und Systemberatung GmbH. From July 2014 to September 2017, they were the Geschäftsführer responsible for insurance, banking, and product-related activities, as well as sales and company strategy. Before that, from January 2010 to June 2014, Lars worked as the Generalbevollmächtigter at the same company. Prior to their roles at IKOR Management- und Systemberatung GmbH, Lars was a Manager at the company from June 2003 to February 2009. Lars also gained experience as a Managing Consultant at Detecon International GmbH in 2009 and as a Consultant at BearingPoint from June 1999 to June 2002.

Lars Ackermann obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Münster. Lars attended the university from 1996 to 2003.
