Dan Shea is currently the EVP of Production, Facility, and Infrastructure teams at X2 Resources, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Dan served as VP of Production at XCL Resources from 2020 to 2025. Dan's experience includes various engineering positions at EOG Resources in 2017, where they worked as a Senior Production Engineer in both the Artesia and Tyler Divisions, as well as a Production Engineer and Completions Engineer in Fort Worth, TX. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, completing their degree in 2009.
