Mike de Vroom

Mike de Vroom is an experienced support engineer at X2com BV since June 2016, with a background in network technology and customer service. Prior to this role, Mike served as a junior network technician and field operations dispatch at UPC Nederland from April 2010 to June 2016. Responsibilities included daily planning for installation and service technicians and ensuring end-user quality and satisfaction as a helpdesk technician. Mike holds a degree in Customer Services from Philipse Business School and completed MAVO education at the C/D level.
