Ronald Derksen is an experienced ICT Specialist and DevOps Engineer, currently employed by the Ministerie van Defensie since January 2017, where responsibilities include developing a kickstart environment for the Royal Dutch Navy. Additionally, Ronald provides maintenance for Clearvox, an Asterisk-based PBX system originally created in collaboration from 2007 to 2012, and has updated it to CentOS 8 and PHP 7. Ronald has a strong background in systems administration, having worked at Uniface from June 2012 to December 2016, overseeing various infrastructure components, and previously at Compuware as a Unix systems administrator. Education includes a degree in Electronics from Hoogeschool Alkmaar, obtained between 1993 and 1995.
