X2Talent | Scaling the Teams that Build the Future.

At the earliest stages of a company, your first hires determine your product’s DNA. X2Talent is a specialized recruiting firm that partners with VC-backed startups to build high-performing teams across Design & Product Engineering.

As a former designer at Meta and BCG Digital Ventures, I act as an Embedded Talent Partner. I don't just screen resumes; I audit craft. Because I’ve sat in these seats, I can identify the specific technical skills required for hybrid roles—like Design Technologists and Product Engineers—who bridge the gap between vision and code.

We build from individual contributor to executive levels:

Founding Hires: Securing the high-agency, 0-to-1 leaders who build your initial foundation.

Team Build-Outs: Scaling senior-level designers and engineers as you find product-market fit.

Executive Search: Finding the VPs and Heads of Design who define global vision.

Get Better Hires, Faster. Let’s build something exceptional.
