Suzy Nicoletti

Suzy Nicoletti is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Founding Member at XA Network and an Executive Member at Pavilion since March 2025, Suzy is also an active Member of Chief Executive Women since June 2022. Previous roles include Vice President and Managing Director APAC at Klaviyo and Vice President and General Manager JAPAC at Yotpo, along with a significant tenure at Twitter as Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand. Suzy has held non-executive director positions at Pymble Ladies' College and Ovarian Cancer Australia, where Suzy co-chaired the Development, Marketing & Communications Committee. With a robust educational background that includes courses from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Stanford University, Suzy holds degrees in English Language and Literature from Claremont McKenna College and Business/Managerial Economics from Rice University.
