Prior to that, from 1982 to 1989, they attended Cottingham High School, where they earned 4 'A' Levels and 8 'O' Level/GCSE's. In addition to their formal education, Graeme also obtained a certification in Managing Successful Programmes - MSP Practitioner from APMG-International in October 2014.
