James Pattison

James Pattison has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and positions. James started their career at the University of Cambridge as a Research Associate, managing a project focused on developing a metallic powder spraying technology. In 2007, they transitioned to Xaar, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer before assuming roles such as Project Lead, Project Manager, Programme Manager, and Product Line Manager. During their time at Xaar, they successfully managed various projects and programs, including the development of a new Thin Film product line and the delivery of a prize-winning printhead. James'sexpertise lies in product development, project management, and championing teams to deliver exceptional results.

James Pattison has a strong education history in the field of engineering and manufacturing. James obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Additive Manufacturing from the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, Pattison earned a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Product Design & Management from the University of Liverpool, where they studied from 2001 to 2002. James'sundergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, was also obtained from the University of Liverpool and they studied there from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Pattison holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in March 2020.
