John Parkes is the Head of Operational Engineering & Quality at Xaar. Previously, they served as a Principal Engineer at MBDA and held various engineering roles at Sarantel. John completed a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University and is currently pursuing a Six Sigma Black Belt in Manufacturing Engineering. Their expertise encompasses implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Statistical Process Control, and managing engineering projects from design to manufacturing.
