Steph Tweddle

Steph Tweddle is an experienced FPGA Development Engineer at Xaar since September 2021, specializing in FPGA design, VHDL coding, synthesis, verification, and developing embedded firmware drivers. Prior experience includes positions at BAE Systems from September 2013 to July 2020 as an Electronic Hardware Design Engineer and Associate Engineer, where responsibilities involved designing new equipment, supporting legacy hardware, integrating hardware and software systems, and conducting complex systems design certification updates. Additional roles included serving as a private tutor and gaining practical experience at InSync Technology Ltd. Steph holds a Master of Science in Microelectronics Systems Design from the University of Southampton and has completed a degree apprenticeship in Embedded Electronic Systems Design at the University of Portsmouth.
