XacLeasing was founded in 2007 as a wholly owned subsidiary of TenGer Financial Group with the aim of developing the leasing sector in Mongolia. Our business enabled entrepreneurs, micro, small and medium sized enterprises throughout Mongolia to realize the benefits of leasing and provided access to equipment and machinery in order to generate revenue from their business operations.

We are developing financial leasing products that deliver new opportunities, friendly and convenient customer service, but most importantly an alternative financial solution to traditional bank finance. Our customers’ operations promote job creation, domestic production, and contribute to the nation’s economic growth. Our team of leasing and financing professionals has completed transactions in virtually every business sector, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, trade, agriculture, mining and transportation. XacLeasing’s attractiveness in the market is based on the ability to provide longer tenor for leases, asset specialization with close relationship with quality vendors, simpler documentation, faster and sound credit decision process, friendly service and low collateral requirements.
