Ashok Dugaputi

Ashok Dugaputi is the current Vice President of Engineering at Xactly. Ashok has also been a member of the Missouri State University CX Program Advisory Board from May 2020 to February 2021, and Head of Product & Engineering at TopOPPS from April 2020 to March 2021. From February 2013 to April 2020, Ashok was the Vice President of Customer Engineering and Head of the Center of Technical Excellence (CoTE) at Gainsight. Ashok was also the General Manager - India & Director of Engineering at Host Analytics Inc from May 2001 to January 2013, where they managed a team of 100 members. Ashok holds an advanced diploma in software from the National Institute of Information Technology and an M.B.A. in finance from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University. Ashok is also certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
