Bryan Shires

Bryan Shires is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Xactly Corp since July 2011, Bryan leads a team of Customer Success Managers and oversees the Renewals organization. Bryan has achieved multiple accolades, including the FY21 and FY22 President's Club recognition and participation in the 2024 Vista Accelerate - Customer Operations Graduate program. Previous roles at Xactly included Sr. Manager of Customer Success and Customer Success Representative, with additional experience in sales from positions at In Touch and Cbeyond. Outside of corporate responsibilities, Bryan is the Head Coach for the Mountain View Volleyball Club, guiding a competitive volleyball team to success, including medal achievements at the Junior Olympics. Bryan holds a B.A. in Business Management Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
