Matthew Sharp

Matthew Sharp is an accomplished information security professional currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Xactly Corp since June 2023. With a strong background in advisory roles, Matthew has been a Venture Advisor at YL Ventures and Co-Founder of CISO Evolution LLC since April 2022 and February 2020, respectively. Additional advisory positions include membership on the advisory boards of BreachQuest, NopSec, CyberGRX, and F5. Matthew has significant experience in governance, risk management, strategy, and compliance, having led the information security function at Logicworks from April 2017 to February 2023. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Computer & Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
