Mukul Lukhey

Mukul Lukhey has over two decades of experience in technical program and quality engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Programs at Xactly Corp since February 2014, Mukul oversees critical projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery across geographically distributed teams while directly reporting to the CTO. Prior experience includes a significant role as Associate Director at Mindtree, managing a team of over 80 engineers for various clients, and positions at Aztecsoft, Hughes Software Systems, and Johnson Controls. Mukul's educational background encompasses a Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering from Ambedkar Polytechnic and a PG Diploma in Computer Sciences from ISCT Delhi.
