Vince Briggeman

Vince Briggeman is a seasoned professional in customer support with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Support Global at Xactly Corp since February 2021, Vince previously held multiple positions at Innovative Interfaces from June 2006 to February 2021, including Senior Director and Director of Customer Support. Vince's career began at the Library of Congress, where practicum experiences took place in 2004 and 2005. Vince holds a Master of Library Science degree from San Jose State University, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
