Eric Ratcliffe, CFM, is an accomplished professional in the field of flood risk management with extensive experience in operations and project management. As the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of MassiveCert, Inc. from 2016 to August 2022, Eric led a team of former FEMA engineering contractors to provide a range of flood-related services, enhancing client support through innovative IT systems and procedures. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Xactus Property Solutions - Flood since June 2022, Eric continues to influence the industry.
