Mike Brown

Mike Brown is the current Chief Integration Officer at Xactus. Mike has held this position since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at UniversalCIS from January 2021 to October 2021. Before that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at CIS Credit Solutions from April 2014 to January 2021.

Mike Brown started their career as an Architectural Intern at Elsworth Sykes Partnership from January 1987 to December 1993. Mike then became the Vice President at Credit Services Group, Inc from January 1995 to December 1997. After that, they were the General Manager at Creditel from January 1992 to December 1995. In 1997, they joined NCO Credit Services as the General Manager and held this position until 2011 when they became the General Manager at NCO Financial Investigative Services | NCO Credit Services | NCO Credit Reporting. Mike held this position until 2014 when they became the Chief Executive Officer at CIS Credit Solutions.

Mike Brown has a Masters in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. (Honors) in Architecture from North East Scotland College.

They are on a team with Julie Wink-Davis - EVP, Client Success, Mike Allen - EVP, Sales, and Judy Ryan - EVP, Sales. Mike Brown reports to Perry Steiner, Chairman & CEO.
