Alan Rice, PMP, MSML, is a results-driven Facilities Operations Manager with over 25 years of experience in critical facilities and nuclear operations. Currently serving at xAI, Alan leads operations while mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Previously, they managed critical facility operations at Meta and held various leadership roles in the US Navy, where they oversaw complex nuclear systems and engineering departments. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology and a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
