xAIa is a Dubai-based AI Consultancy & Implementation firm building the AI workforce behind the region's enterprises, deployed across every department.

Headquartered in Dubai as the AI Consultancy & Implementation arm of PRO TECHnology Group, xAIa acts as the AI transformation partner for enterprises and governmental entities, leading AI adoption from strategy through execution.

We design, build, and deploy multilingual AI employees across voice and chat, fluent in 90+ languages including regional Arabic dialects, handling business functions across sales, customer support, operations, & finance.

Our AI employees have handled over 1 Million+ calls to date, and currently run at a rate of more than 600,000 calls/month across various industries and use cases.

xAIa's AI employees work as part of a company's everyday team, mirroring how human employees operate while available 24/7. They answer and place calls, hold conversations across channels, qualify inquiries, book appointments, and support customers across departments, with built-in escalation rules that hand conversations to the right human teams with full context of what was discussed.

At the core of our infrastructure sits Enterprise GPT, an internal AI brain that connects to a company's tools and data, unifying knowledge into one secure, centralized intelligence layer. Teams and AI employees draw on the same accurate context, retrieve information instantly, and operate with consistency across the organization, with the governance and data residency enterprises in the region require.

Join the businesses deploying AI employees across every conversation, task, and department, powered by xAIa, your next step towards Everything. AI.
