Michael Rauch is a technology leader dedicated to guiding organizations toward a zero-trust framework, with a strong focus on the Identity pillar. Currently serving as the Manager of Privilege Access Management at Xalient, Michael leads teams in implementing and operationalizing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across various sectors. With two decades of experience, Michael has also founded a consulting group and serves as an adjunct instructor at Trine University, teaching courses in Network Management and Cybersecurity. Michael holds an MBA from Purdue University and a BS in Information Technology from Ball State University.
