Roger Watson

Roger Watson has extensive experience in business insight and consultancy within the telecommunications sector. Beginning as a Business Consultant at Marconi Services from 2000 to 2005, Roger supported EMEA customers by mapping demand for telecom services. Progressing to roles such as Head of Insight at Daisy Group plc and Chubb Fire & Security, Roger developed key analytics capabilities, including churn risk modeling and sales effectiveness strategies, leading to significant improvements in customer retention and sales operations. As an Owner of Geo Analysis and later, Frontline Insight Limited, Roger provided independent consultancy services. Currently, as Group Head of Insight and Analytics at Xalient, Roger continues to drive insightful analytical strategies. Academically, Roger holds an MSc in Information Systems from Liverpool University and a BSc (Hons) in Managerial & Administrative Studies from Aston University.
