Catherine Mullen

Catherine Mullen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Catherine currently holds the position of CEO and Co-Founder at XALT since July 2021.

Prior to that, Catherine founded Catalystic LLC / Tycris LLP in November 2010. Catherine has also worked at PepsiCo as a Senior Strategic Advisor to the PBNA Executive Team from August to December 2020.

Catherine's previous experience includes working at Discovery Inc as the Olympics Programming / COVID Crisis Leader from March 2019 to November 2020. In this role, they led crisis management efforts and developed revised strategies for the postponed Tokyo and Beijing Olympics.

Catherine also worked as the SVP of Digital Media & Strategy at Discovery Communications from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, Catherine was the EVP International & Content at Dailymotion in 2007-2008.

Catherine'searlier career includes serving as the General Manager of MTV UK and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at MTV Networks from 1998 to 2005.
