Lance Essner has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design. Lance started their career as a Design Intern at Red Letter Communications, where they created artwork for various clients and collaborated with art directors and designers to develop visual materials.

Lance then moved on to work as a Graphic Designer at Saint Francis Medical Center, where they played a key role in implementing successful marketing campaigns and generating significant revenue for breast cancer awareness. Lance also worked closely with physicians and marketing teams and directly interacted with clients.
