B.N. Ramakrishnan

B.N. Ramakrishnan has extensive work experience in finance, accounting, and company secretary roles. B.N. started their career in 1980 as the Head of Finance and Accounts & Company Secretary at Monsanto, where they worked for 15 years. Following this, they joined the Garden Vareli Group as Vice President & Company Secretary from 1995 to 2000. B.N. then worked at Unisys as CFO & Company Secretary from 2000 to 2003, followed by SYSTIME as CFO & Company Secretary from 2003 to 2005. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Finance, CFO, and Company Secretary at Xalted Information Systems Pvt. Ltd.

B.N. Ramakrishnan pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1980 to 1982, they obtained a Master's degree in Finance, General from the University of Mumbai. This was followed by their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the same university, which they completed from 1983 to 1985. Finally, they attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 1986 to 1989, where they acquired an ACS degree.
