Henry Chen

Henry Chen is a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect with over four years of experience specializing in SPO, CSM, ITSM, integrations, and custom applications. Previously, they held positions at Deloitte as a Graduate Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant, before moving on to their current role as a Senior Technical Consultant at xAmplify. Henry also worked as a Graduate Engineer at Supashock and contributed as an Event Cleaner at Australian Green Clean. They hold a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Honours) from the University of Adelaide. Passionate about both technical excellence and functional strategy, Henry enjoys outdoor activities and is eager to grow into a skilled team lead and architect.
