Mathieu Stephan

Mathieu Stephan has extensive work experience as an electronics engineer, with a focus on high-speed electronics and embedded software. Mathieu has held various senior positions at companies such as Xanadu, ViaSat Inc., Engineered, and Kudelski Security. At Xanadu, they currently serve as a Senior Electronics Engineer. At ViaSat Inc., they worked as a Senior Electronics Engineer and Hardware Line Manager for five years. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Electronic Engineer at Engineered and as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Kudelski Security. Mathieu also has experience as an independent electronics contractor, specializing in the design of Bluetooth Low Energy Beacons and BLE to 3G/Wifi Bridges. In addition, Mathieu has worked as an Electronics Engineer at Leclanché SA, a content writer at Hack a Day, and as an independent contractor for scanning and machining systems at Iddengineering and DC/DC power conversions at GreenGT. Mathieu has a strong background in high-speed electronics, circuit board design, single photon detection, and quantum physics experiments.

Mathieu Stephan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Ecole supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique, between the years 2004 and 2009. Mathieu then pursued a Master's degree in Informatics from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2007 to 2009.
