Shawn Chambers

Shawn Chambers has worked as a Frontend Developer for Xano since 2022, a Software Engineer II for EKA Solutions, Inc. since 2022, an Enrollment Engineer for Hack Reactor since 2021, a Software Engineer for JobApplyPro since 2021, and a Software Engineering Immersive Resident for Galvanize Inc. since 2020. At EKA Solutions, Inc., Shawn architected and built full stack features for the transportation management SaaS platform using TypeScript, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, Bookshelf.js and Node.js, developed reports and invoices which aggregated finance information to the specifications of individual customers, and updated and maintained system integrations which allowed customers to securely share finance and logistical data between EKA’s platform and other third party services. At JobApplyPro, Shawn built and managed the marketing site using React.js and Next.js. At Galvanize Inc., Shawn assisted with student learning by offering JavaScript curriculum guidance and one-on-one counseling support, covering JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, etc., and aided Tech Mentors in student observations and activities including after-hour lectures and code reviews.

Shawn Chambers completed a course in Computer Software Engineering at Hack Reactor in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Minnesota State University, Mankato where they studied Fine and Studio Arts.
