Mandeep S. has over 20 years of work experience. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder/CTO of Xare, where they are building technology that revolutionizes the way people share earnings with family and friends. In 2016, they co-founded Rise Inc. Prior to that, they were the Founder of GGOLU LTD in 2010. From 2000 to 2010, they were the CTO/Director/Partner of Pyxis Solutions Pte Ltd, where they were responsible for Singapore Company Setup, Work Visa Processing, Client Relationship, Corporate Affairs, Local Tax and Compliance, HR & Training, and managing projects with clients. From 2003 to 2010, they were the CTO/Director/Founder of INDUSGAMING. Lastly, from 1999 to 2000, they were the CTO/Founder of iCommerceseal LLC.

Mandeep S. attended the DAV School from 1994 to 1996 and obtained a High School degree. Afterwards, they attended the University of Wollongong from 1996 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology degree.
