Padmini Gupta

Padmini Gupta has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. In 1999, they began their career as Vice President of Business Banking at First National Bank. Padmini then moved to the World Economic Forum in 2006 as a Global Leadership Fellow. In 2010, they joined Gupta Family Offices as Group Managing Director. In 2016, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of rise. In 2021, they began serving as both the CEO and Co-Founder of Xare and as an OD Fintech Fellow at On Deck.

Padmini Gupta received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego in 1992. Padmini then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oxford, which they completed in 2005.
