Xavier Training® is the sole creator and implementer of ICO® — Operational Communication Infrastructure, the foundation that sustains any corporate program where execution matters.
We are not a training company. We are not a culture consultancy. We are not leadership development in its old format. We are the category that comes before all of that — the foundation that should have been installed before any management, safety, quality, operations, ESG, compliance or digital transformation program.
The problem we solve: for decades, companies have invested millions in BBS, HOP, Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, consultancies and management software — and results keep falling short. It's not the programs' fault. It's the absence of foundation. You cannot build what is not understood.
The discipline: Understanding Management, created by Everton Xavier, is the discipline of building, verifying, correcting and sustaining reliable understanding in complex human contexts.
The infrastructure: ICO® — Operational Communication Infrastructure is the operational translation of that discipline into industrial reality. It ensures clarity of intent, operational translation, confirmation of understanding, and sustainability under pressure.
The installation system: the C.O.R.E. Track® installs ICO® in 4 days, across the three critical layers of operations — leadership, field interaction, and the operation itself. No external dependency. Internal multipliers certified.
Why we are uncopiable: 25 years of shop-floor experience in over 1,500 companies and 14 countries. Over 1.2 million leaders impacted. Pioneer of Behavioral Safety in Brazil (ex-DuPont). Creator of the OPA program in partnership with Gerdau. Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and FGV-EAESP Innovation Forum. Exclusive intellectual property: ICO®, VESPA®, LOBITO®, C.O.R.E. Track®, Purpose-Based Leadership & Safety®.
