Tom Eiser

Tom Eiser has extensive experience in athletics communications, currently serving as the Associate Athletics Director for Communications at Xavier University since August 1986. In this role, Tom Eiser directs strategic communications, media relations, and broadcast production for 19 NCAA Division I sports, while also contributing to the branding efforts of both Xavier Athletics and Xavier University. Previous positions include Assistant Sports Information Director at the University of Detroit Mercy and News Director at a National Public Radio affiliate in Cincinnati. Tom Eiser holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration and a professional development certificate from Xavier University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from the same institution, underscoring a strong educational background rooted in effective communication and leadership.
