Eric Westermann

Eric Westermann has over four decades of experience in project management and business development, currently serving in project management at Xavo AG since 2012. Responsibilities include supporting project teams in knowledge, competence, and resource management, as well as coordinating teams and enhancing project methodologies. Additionally, Eric operates as a freelance consultant in business development, focusing on go-to-market strategies for IT systems in the process industry. Prior to Xavo AG, Eric held various roles at SIEMENS from 1987 to 2012, including Head of Competence Center Food & Beverage, where responsibilities involved enhancing IT portfolios and developing sales strategies. Earlier experience includes leadership in production automation projects as a self-employed professional. Eric Westermann holds a Diplom-Informatiker degree from Technische Universität Karlsruhe.
